 Ryan Edmondson, REALTOR®

Ryan is a Pittsburgh native who started his career working in Finance at PPG. He has also built up a rental portfolio that includes properties in Pittsburgh's East End, Northside, and Southside, and at one time included as many as 10 short-term rentals. He worked in Cost Analysis at PPG’s largest manufacturing facility and then served as a Senior Internal Auditor, managing teams of 2 to 5 people to conduct full-scope audits in 26 locations across 11 countries and 5 continents. During his time at PPG, he completed his first real estate renovation project and decided that real estate was his life’s passion, which led him to pursue a graduate degree in real estate at Columbia University. After graduate school, he helped to found Crown Realty Advisors, which brokered off-market commercial transactions, and designed, implemented, and managed a process to manage and sell over $25MM in commercial and residential foreclosed assets for Ameris Bank, a publicly traded bank in the Southeast.

He began selling real estate in PA in 2010 and has since completed over $100 million in transactions. He received a B.S. in Finance at Penn State University and earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York City. His goal in all transactions is to always put the interests of our clients first and to treat their transactions as if they were his own. His wife Heather is also a real estate agent and so they are partners in both life and business. 

Heather Edmondson, REALTOR®

Raised in Pittsburgh for the majority of her childhood, Heather is passionate about all that the amazing city of Pittsburgh has to offer. Growing up she lived primarily in city neighborhoods Squirrel Hill and Greenfield, where she attended Pittsburgh Public Schools. After grade school, Heather left Pittsburgh to attend college at Indiana University of PA, where she majored in Communications Media. She then landed her dream internship for Columbia Records in New York City, where she fell further in love with big city living. Heather resided in NYC for the better part of her 20’s, focusing on her career in the music industry, working for major labels Universal Records and Warner Bros Records. Eventually realizing that she would never be able to attain the quality of life nor the geographic closeness to family that she desired, she then made the decision to leave her career in the Music industry in 2013 and return to Pittsburgh. Heather seamlessly transitioned into her career in the world of real estate, never looking back. Upon her return, Heather found a new loves in the North Side area of Pittsburgh and also in her future husband Ryan, also a real estate agent. Ryan and Heather resided in the Mexican War Streets area of the North Side for 8 years, recently moving to the North Park area of Pittsburgh in 2024. They, along with their sons Graham and Clay enjoy hiking, foraging for wild mushrooms, live music and cooking together. 

Madalyn Gryger, REALTOR®

A Pittsburgh native, Madalyn was raised in the North Hills and moved into the city to pursue a degree in Fine Art and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where her passion for the vibrant neighborhoods of Pittsburgh began during those years. Following graduation, Madalyn strove to pursue a career that would allow her to delve into her intertwined interests in creativity and people. This career in Real Estate began as an endeavor to purchase and renovate properties. From there, Madalyn's deep passion for the industry, this city, and the people grew into a career where she works with clients directly. Her experience as an investor also allows her a unique position of understanding many facets of the industry. It is Madalyn's mission to bring that expertise, creativity, and care to each client she works with and each project she takes on.

Lauren Stackhouse, REALTOR®

In the realm of real estate, whether the transaction is significant or modest, the presence of an agent with genuine passion and industry expertise is indispensable. Successfully navigating markets, mastering sales dynamics, and consistently prioritizing clients' best interests are the hallmarks of an exceptional agent. Lauren's journey into this field was fueled by an innate passion cultivated from a young age.

Lauren's immersion in real estate commenced during her high school years, where she embarked on a role as a marketing intern for a boutique brokerage in Philadelphia, PA. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the industry, honed her marketing skills, and underscored the paramount importance of fostering enduring client relationships. Following the completion of her internship, Lauren transitioned seamlessly into the role of an agent, achieving nearly $1,000,000 in sales within her inaugural year.

At the tender age of 19, Lauren ventured into homeownership herself, which bestowed upon her a fresh perspective on the home-buying process. This personal milestone reinforced the significance of having a dependable, empathetic, and diligent agent by one's side. Beyond her dedication to real estate, Lauren is an enthusiastic collector of antique and vintage furniture, revels in music, and takes pleasure in exploring the myriad offerings of Pittsburgh and its environs.

Katrin Gonzales, ADMIN ASSISTANT

Our Administrative Assistant has four years of experience supporting the administrative needs of Edmondson Real Estate Group. She excels at coordinating transactions, managing listings and social media, and performing various administrative tasks.

Prior to joining the team, she worked as a banker for a prestigious bank in the Philippines, where she demonstrated her financial management skills and attention to detail. She graduated Cum Laude from Saint Michael College Philippines with a degree in BSBA majoring in Financial Management.
