I've bought 2 investment properties and my current residence through Ryan and the word that jumps out in all my transactions is "easy." He takes care of everything and if he doesn't have an answer for you right away, he'll get that answer ASAP. He works hard for you, but never sells you on anything. He likes to get a sense of you as a person, not just what you're looking for in the market.
I recommend Ryan very highly, as putting money into any property is a big decision, and I like to have someone with me that is looking for my best interests, not his/her own. A good example, Ryan showed me 4 investment properties over the course of 1 week, pricing between 100-200K. He pushed me away from the higher priced properties because he felt strongly that I would make better ROI on either of the cheaper properties. He wasn't looking to make the most money from me, but looking for what made the most sense for me and my budget.
